The Serafina at the Time NYC boasts a unique interior, designed by the Rockwell Group, that sets it apart from its other Manhattan locations. Throughout the space, a darker color palate features Tuscan earth tones of warm yellow and orange evocative of Northern Italy. Italian red wines are artfully displayed in racks of re-bar, a raw building material, adding to the overall charm and authenticity of the space. 

This is the first Serafina to feature a marble bar in the center of the restaurant, promoting a welcoming and social environment that draws from the vibrancy of its buzzing neighborhood. Serafina’s creative pastas and risottos come to life with the freshest locally grown produce and ingredients.  Serafina's famous thin crust pizzas are made with 100% Italian flour, filtered water, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt from Sicily and are produced in ovens hand built with lava stone from Mount Vesuvius fueled with burning cherry-wood.
